Resource Stream

The Resource Stream provides training and support to enhance the capacity for those working to advance health promotion in Ontario, including local partnerships and organizations that apply for funding through the HCF Grants Project Stream.

The Healthy Communities Consortium is the Resource Stream component of the Healthy Communities Fund. The Healthy Communities Consortium will work with a wide range of groups -- individuals, organizations, and networks in the community, by offering training and supports based on identified needs and ministry priorities.
