Planning Funding Stream

The long-term vision of the Planning Stream within the Healthy Communities Ontario Approach is to link integrated health promotion planning to implementation at the local, regional, and provincial levels. In 2009-10 the planning stream will focus on working with existing local planning structures and networks to assist in achieving the vision. Our efforts will focus on connecting existing networks and building on funded networks such as Ontario Heart Health Networks.
