The H1N1 Flu in Ontario
A Report by Ontario's Chief Medical Officer of Health
We are heading into another flu season, and H1N1 flu will be a part of that season. This report tells, in brief, the story of the H1N1 flu to date here in Ontario and around the world. It seeks to inform Ontarians about the disease. And while nobody knows for certain the extent to which this flu virus will re-emerge over the next few months, this report is intended to reassure the people of Ontario that we are ready.

This initial report is intended to contribute to our understanding of public health in Ontario as a system, at both the provincial and local levels.
