3. Business Case or Application Format

The Ministry recognizes that the federal government has a business case information approach to deal with significant requests for support for sport hosting. There is also a variety of business planning tools available in the non profit sport tourism sector.

To reduce the information burden on those seeking provincial support, these Guidelines allow business case materials developed through other tools and processes to be used towards meeting the Ministry information needs outlined in Section 7 - the Information Needs and Documentation Section.
