Athletes from each competing nation will arrive to cheers from Ontario communities who share their languages and cultures. Ontarians whose histories began elsewhere in the Americas or the Caribbean can celebrate their heritage while also cheering fellow Canadians on.

Meanwhile, athletes and visitors from the Arctic Circle to the Andes will get a first-hand look at Ontario's incredible natural landscape and multicultural vibrancy – from our lakes, parks and mountains to our ethnically diverse and multilingual neighbourhoods, foods and arts.
