The 2015 Pan/Parapan American Games are accelerating the development of a new community on Toronto's waterfront that will create jobs and stimulate economic growth in Ontario.

This environmentally sustainable community will offer Ontarians a range of housing, retail and recreational opportunities, as well as provide a temporary home-away-from-home for more than 10,000 athletes and officials participating in the 2015 Games.
